⚖️ Jury Services & Protocol
Official Guidelines for the Grand Panel Juror.
Courtroom Terminology
The Plaintiff
The party who files the Affidavit of Conflict. They carry the burden of proof to show that the Respondent is at fault.
The Respondent
The party answering the claims. They file the Counter-Affidavit to provide context and rebut the Plaintiff's narrative.
The Bench
Terrance Ward and Co-Hosts. They moderate testimony, rule on Objections, and have the power to overrule a Jury if a Mistrial is imminent.
The Verdict Scale
Jurors must select one of the following outcomes after deliberation:
| Option | Definition |
|---|---|
| Judgment for Plaintiff | The Jury finds the Respondent's actions were the primary cause of conflict and validates the Plaintiff's grievance. |
| Judgment for Respondent | The Jury finds the Plaintiff failed to prove their case, or that the Respondent acted reasonably under the circumstances. |
| Mistrial | The Jury is "Hung" (cannot reach a 51% majority) or a violation of court rules occurred during testimony. |
Rules & Judicial Conduct
- Impartiality: Jurors must listen to both the Affidavit and Counter-Affidavit before forming a final opinion.
- Decorum: Harassment of Case Holders or the Bench is grounds for immediate removal from the Jury Room.
- Evidence: Base your vote on the testimony and corroborated evidence provided, not on outside speculation.
- Silence During Testimony: Maintain order while the Bench is questioning a party. Save deliberations for the designated "Recess."
