Refund Policy

1. Fulfillment & Roll-Overs

Due to the live nature of our broadcasts, we cannot always predict exact timing. Our policy for unreached submissions is as follows:

  • Automatic Roll-Over: If your paid submission is not reached during the live session, it automatically moves to the front of the queue for the next scheduled broadcast.
  • Refund Option: If you prefer a refund over a roll-over, you must email support within 24 hours of the missed session.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be issued in the following cases:

  • Completed Service: Once a story has been read or critiqued on stream.
  • Policy Violations: Submissions disqualified for plagiarism, doxxing, or hate speech.
  • Subjective Feedback: Dissatisfaction with the "judgment" or opinion provided during the review.

3. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund for an unreached submission or a technical error, email support@terranceward.com with your Transaction ID. Refunds take 5–10 days to process.
