Formal Summons
Once you submit your facts, the Clerk serves the Respondent. They will use your Order Number to file their defense for free.
1. Administrative Protocol
Filing an affidavit requires a verified Order Number to prevent spam. This administrative fee is a "Total Trial Fee," meaning the Petitioner pays for the administrative handling of both the claim and the defense.
2. Counter-Affidavit Inclusion
By processing this filing, you are providing the Respondent with the credits necessary to file their Counter-Affidavit at no additional cost to them. This ensures a balanced hearing before the Grand Panel.
3. US Jurisdiction
The Grand Panel only hears cases where both parties have valid 10-digit US-based phone numbers.
4. Finality of Judgment
The decision of the Jury or the Overrule of the Bench is final. Administrative fees are non-refundable once a Case ID is generated.
