Article I: Judicial Authority

1.1 The Overrule Clause The Bench (Terrance Ward) holds the supreme right to overturn or vacate the Panel’s verdict if the Jury was swayed by bias or failed to weigh critical evidence.
1.2 Finality of Judgment Once the Bench has ruled and the gavel has dropped, the case is closed.

Article II: Evidence & Testimony

2.1 Direct Testimony Only Third-party witnesses cannot be called to testify before the Grand Panel. The Court does not recognize outside testimony to ensure the efficiency of the hearing.
2.2 Statement of Facts The official Statement of Facts must come directly from the parties involved (Plaintiff and Defendant). Corroborating evidence (screenshots, recordings, documents) is permitted, but the narrative must be delivered by the Case Holders themselves.

Article III: The Right to Object

Only the Plaintiff or Defendant may object. Only the Bench can Sustain or Overrule.

Article IV: Attendance & Default

4.1 Ex Parte Proceedings If one party fails to appear, the hearing proceeds "One-Sided." The present party gives testimony without rebuttal.
4.2 Dismissal With Prejudice Dual non-appearance results in a permanent dismissal. The Petitioner is barred from ever re-filing this specific case.

Article V: Final Verdicts

Verdict Definition Result
Judgment for Plaintiff Petitioner meets the "Burden of Common Sense." Respondent found at fault.
Judgment for Defendant Respondent successfully rebuts all claims. Respondent cleared of allegations.
Mistrial Panel fails to reach a 51% majority. Case unresolved; record is struck.

Article VI: Platform Compliance

The Grand Panel adheres to TikTok, YouTube, and Twitch standards. Prohibition includes:

  • Doxxing or private data leaks.
  • Hate speech or targeted harassment.
  • Content risking a platform strike.
