Respondent's Filing Instructions

You have been named in a formal affidavit. Here is your path to defense.

⚠️

Failure to Respond

If you fail to appear, the hearing will proceed Ex Parte. The Bench may issue a Summary Judgment for the Plaintiff by default.

Your Defense Strategy

01

Review Facts

Read the Petitioner's "Statement of Fact" carefully. Note any inaccuracies or missing context.

02

Draft Rebuttal

Most stories are half-truths. Use your response to provide the direct context of your actions.

03

Corroborate

Witnesses cannot be called. Prepare screenshots, emails, or recordings to prove your version of events.

04

Live Rebuttal

Prepare to answer the Panel's questions. A 51% majority determines the final Verdict.
