Court Protocol & Process

  • The Filing: Once filed, the Clerk reviews the affidavit for merit.
  • The Summons: If selected, the Counter-Party listed below will be contacted by the Office of the Clerk to provide their defense.
  • The Hearing: Both parties are expected to appear before The Bench. If the Counter-Party fails to appear, the case proceeds in Summary Judgment.
  • The Verdict: The Grand Panel (Jury) renders the verdict. All decisions are final for the record.
