⚠️ Judicial Notice: Case Selection Standards

Even during a fee-waived period, selection for a live hearing by The Grand Panel is not guaranteed. The Clerk and the Bench prioritize cases based on moral complexity and the quality of the narrative provided.

The Office of the Clerk reserves the right to dismiss any Affidavit that violates our Terms of Service (e.g., plagiarism from Reddit/AITA or Doxxing) without providing airtime.

Common Questions

Is this a permanent waiver?
No. This waiver is valid for the 2026 inaugural session only. Standard administrative fees will apply to future dockets.

Does a waiver mean my case will definitely be read?
No. It simply means there is no cost to file your story into our archive for review. The Bench will still select the most compelling cases for live broadcast.

Can I file multiple cases while fees are waived?
Yes, provided they are unique, original stories from your personal life that involve moral friction.
