1. Nature of the Moral Courtroom

The Grand Panel (found at grandpanel.terranceward.com) is an interactive entertainment platform. We provide a space for users to submit "Affidavits of Conflict" regarding relationships, family, and social dynamics for live reading and community critique.

Note: All "verdicts," "judgments," and commentary provided by the Bench or the Jury are for entertainment purposes only and do not constitute legal, psychological, or professional advice.

2. Filing Fees & Party Roles

To maintain a high-quality docket, we require an administrative filing fee for Petitioner submissions (currently waived for promotional sessions).

  • All-Inclusive Filing: The Petitioner’s fee covers the administrative cost of the entire trial, including the processing of the Respondent’s Counter-Affidavit.
  • Case Selection: Filing a fee grants "Priority Placement" in the review queue. While we strive to hear all paid cases, we reserve the right to prioritize cases based on moral complexity and entertainment value.

3. Submission Integrity & Violations

The Clerk’s office requires all stories to be original and factual representations of the user's life. We strictly prohibit:

  • Plagiarism: Submitting stories from Reddit (AITA), other forums, or third-party creators is strictly prohibited. You must be the author/participant.
  • Doxxing: You must use pseudonyms (fake names). Do not include real full names, addresses, or sensitive private data.
  • Bad Faith Filing: Submitting spam or fake "troll" cases to clog the docket.
Violations: Any submission found to be plagiarized or in violation of these standards will be disqualified immediately without a refund of administrative fees.

4. Live Interaction & Recording

By submitting an Affidavit, you grant Terrance Ward Inc. a non-exclusive, perpetual license to read, perform, and critique your work during live broadcasts. This includes the right to use recordings of the session for social media archives (YouTube, TikTok, Twitch).

5. Finality of the Verdict

The decision of the Grand Panel Jury and the final summation of the Bench are final for the purposes of the broadcast. Administrative fees are non-refundable once a Case ID has been generated and reviewed by the Clerk.
